This digital event addresses the importance of proper medication management and adherence in the successful management of long-term NCDs. It will discuss medication management practices and adherence, factors influencing non-adherence in patients with lifestyle-related NCDs, and interventions to promote adherence in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Pharmacists play a critical role in optimising medication treatments, educating patients and implementing interventions to improve adherence, thereby contributing to better health outcomes for NCD patients worldwide.
